Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation

At Hotel The Ceremony, we understand that plans can change. Our aim is to provide a clear and fair policy regarding cancellations and refunds for your bookings. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are considered confirmed upon successful payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.

2. Cancellation Policy

To cancel a reservation, please contact us via email at hoteltheceremony@gmail.com or by phone at 83699 91010. The applicable cancellation charges are as follows:

  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 72 hours prior to the check-in date (3:00 PM IST):

    • 50% refund of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the check-in date (3:00 PM IST):

    • No refund will be issued. The full booking amount will be charged.

  • Special Rates & Packages:

    • Certain special rates, promotional offers, or packages may have specific non-refundable terms and conditions. Please refer to the details of your specific booking for these exceptions.

3. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

  • Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.

  • Bank Charges: Any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be borne by the guest.

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a guest fails to arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation (“no-show”), the full booking amount for the first night will be charged, and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled without a refund.

5. Early Departure Policy

  • In case of early departure, the guest will be charged for the entire confirmed length of stay. No refunds will be issued for unused nights.

6. Force Majeure

  • Hotel The Ceremony shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this policy if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, the hotel reserves the right to offer alternative dates or credit, subject to availability and discretion.

7. Amendments to Policy

  • Hotel The Ceremony reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our official website.
